Wsparcie tutorki dla studentów w spektrum autyzmu

Na Wydziale Psychologii działa bezpłatny program tutoringu studenckiego, stworzony z myślą o studentach w spektrum autyzmu, którzy potrzebują wsparcia w funkcjonowaniu na uczelni. Program ten nie wymaga posiadania formalnej diagnozy ani rejestracji w Biurze ds. Osób z Niepełnosprawnościami (BON) i jest dostosowany do indywidualnych potrzeb każdego studenta w spektrum autyzmu.

Program organizowany jest przez Biuro ds. Osób z Niepełnosprawnościami.

Jakie wsparcie oferuje tutorka?

Tutorka wspiera studentów w spektrum autyzmu w zakresie spraw organizacyjnych i formalnych oraz funkcjonowania na uczelni, np.:

Pomoc w rejestracji na zajęcia (terminy, sposoby zapisu, korzystanie z systemu USOS, punkty ECTS).
Informowanie o dostępnych formach wsparcia na uczelni (np. BON, Centrum Pomocy Psychologicznej).
Wyjaśnianie procedur administracyjnych (np. stypendia, wnioski w USOS, akademiki, legitymacja studencka).
Wsparcie w kontaktach z dziekanatem i wykładowcami (pomoc w pisaniu maili, podań).
Pomoc w orientacji na uczelni oraz korzystaniu z dostępnych usług, np. biblioteki.

Możliwe jest umówienie spotkania online lub na Wydziale w dogodnym dla studenta/ki terminie. Spotkania mogą odbywać się również w języku angielskim.

Tutorka prowadzi także fanpage na Facebooku, gdzie publikowane są ważne informacje dotyczące organizacji roku akademickiego i bieżących wydarzeń.

Tutoring for students on the autism spectrum

The Faculty of Psychology offers a free student tutoring programme, created for students on the autism spectrum who need support in navigating life at university. The programme does not require a formal diagnosis or registration at the Office for Persons with Disabilities (BON) and is adjusted to meet the individual needs of each student on the autism spectrum.

What support does the tutor offer?

The tutor supports students on the autism spectrum with organisational and formal matters and functioning at the university, such as:

Assisting with class registration (deadlines, enrollment process, using the USOS system, ECTS).
Providing information on available support services at the university (e.g., BON, Psychological Support Centre).
Explaining administrative procedures (e.g., scholarships, USOS applications, student residences, student ID card).
Supporting communication with the dean’s office and lecturers (help with writing emails and applications).
Assisting with university orientation and the use of available services, such as the library.

The tutor is Paulina Bąk, a graduate of the Faculty and a doctoral student.

It is possible to schedule a meeting online or at the Faculty at a time convenient for the student. Meetings may also be held in English.
